TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. All sales all final upon the buyers approval of the product when it leaves the shop and payment has been made. ​ 2. For returs please see our RETURNS POLICY. ​ 3. Where a brand new product has been purchased and the customer has an issue we will endevour to fix the issue, each brand new product will have the manufacturer's warranty for damaged items and we will return the item on your behalf with 30 days of purchase. If that period expires it is up to the customer to arrange repairs for a defective product with the manufacturer. ​ 4. We reserve the right to refuse a return of an item/instrument if we believe it has been mistreated or damaged on purpose. ​ 5. All Pre-Ordered products will be opened and expected before the buyer picks up. If the product is found to be defective, damaged or not as described we will return the item. Although this could mean a delay in the buyer having the product, we strive to ensure all items are of the highest quality
Shipping types are controlled by eCongo and therefore we adhere to the rules and use the shipping suppliers as provided by this platform. Where possible we endeavour to do same day despatch up to 4pm. Otherwise despatches will be done the following morning. All classes are delivery times between 2 and 5 days unless otherwise stated.
